Version 2.0

Phase 2

In Phase 2, we will expand the network of computational modeling partners to include computational methods and approaches that complement those of GNS Healthcare and MetaCell and create new open-source modeling tools.

• In Phase 2, we will expand the Orion Bionetworks MS database by adding clinical study centers and through prospective study data collection. These data will be used to build Model 2.0 simulations.
• Data will include brain scans, and biomarker and deep phenotypic data (symptoms, physical characteristics, etc.). Simulations from Model 1.0 will inform the protocol. Model 2.0 is aimed at identifying primary disease mechanisms in MS and generating improved tools and technology for refining future disease models.
